In the UAE, independent service won't void your warranty as long as we use OEM-spec parts and document the work. We give you a stamped invoice for warranty records.
How do you decide what's actually needed vs upselling? +
Honest version: if a part's worn but still safe, we tell you it's worn and let you decide when. We don't push immediate replacements that can wait.
If the same problem comes back, what then? +
If it's the same fault we just fixed and it's within warranty, we sort it on us. We don't ghost — that's how we earned 31+ five-star reviews.
